ABOUT FUTUREPB

Raised in Canterbury, Kent, and attending an international school for much of my life, fitness has always been a part of me. Throughout my early years, I was heavily involved in sport at school, club, and even county level. The sports included rugby, hockey, cricket, tennis - you name it, I’ve played it.


Coming to London at the tender age of 18, I think a lot of you can relate: London is a world in itself, full of comforts and distractions. Whilst I experienced everything the city had to offer, I eventually came to the realisation that any meaningful change starts with you.


Whilst continuing to stay active and play sport at university, post-university I found myself drawn into work and nightlife, where I briefly lost touch with what truly brought me happiness - sport.


That was when I switched back on. At 24, I participated in and won my first two boxing events, joined a football league team where we won the league twice in two years, securing back-to-back promotions, and completed my first marathon.


It was at that point I realised that personal training was the path for me. I gained my qualifications, worked in a variety of gyms to build experience, and most notably went on to complete two ultra-marathons.


Now, I help a range of busy professionals get fit and push past what they once thought was possible. I encourage them in all areas of life to become the best possible version of themselves - often beyond what they imagined they could be.
